Beautiful 3-bedroom home located 10 min driving from La Antigua central park, on the first floor you will fin a living room, dining room and kitchen, a small garden with a búcaro, a guest bathroom, a master bedroom with a full bathroom and other room with a full bathroom, on the second floor there´s a bedroom with a private bathroom too, a nice terrace and view to all 3 volcanes that surround the valley. The house comes furnished for a one-year lease. We require paperwork, but pets are now allowed for tenants as a rule of the complex, and the price do not include services, only the maintenance fee of the complex.
