Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, it is located in Santa Ana, just 8-10 minutes driving from La Antigua Central Park, it is important that you know that to get into the property it is necessary to walk up some stairs so we would recommend this property to a person with a good physical condition.
About the apartment, it is a two-level home, on the first floor you find two nice bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and upstairs a living room, dining room and kitchen area with nice view to the mountains, it also has a balcony from the second floor and a small patio at the front of the apartment on the ground floor.
In the price, we include the internet, cable tv, trash removal twice a week, hot water, electricity bill, and maintenance fee of the small community.
