In some cases the tenants and the homeowners may extend the length of a current rental agreement or the property may be in process of being rented. Each property has different rental requirements in regards to paperwork to prove your payment capability before accepting the rental, providing paperwork does not compromise the landlord to accept the rent.  One of the general rules you need to know is that the renter (future tenant) is who pays for the contract even that it is written up and legalized by the owner´s notary, notary fee will also vary depending on the rental amount and period.
