The price includes only trash removal, water, and security.
In this property pets are not allowed since the owners have pets, kids are not allowed, and parties are not allowed in the property since it is next to the owner´s house. It currently has a few pieces of furniture that can stay if you need them (you can see them in the pictures) There´s a security guard 24/7 and the house will have a view also to the gardens but they are not for your use.
The minimum term of the agreement is a year, the longer the better so we are open to signing a longer contract with the right tenant.
